Basic Sharpening Settings

Learn how to save your default sharpening settings

Sharpening settings are in the Basic Settings screen and allow you to adjust settings per Workstation.

Step 1: Click on the Settings button in the XDR MAIN Menu/Home screen.

Note: The user may check any or all boxes labeled "speckle reduction", "default sharpen thumbnails" and can choose to default the intraoral images only, the pan/ceph images only, or both by checking ‘Default Intraoral’ and/or ‘Default Pan/Ceph’. 

Step 2: In the Sharp Options, select one of three sharpening levels to default Intraoral and Pan/Ceph images.

 

Note:  Defaults are not permanent, user can make changes to settings at any time.  Adjust settings with caution. Some adjustments can affect sensor capture and image processing settings. Call XDR support for assistance.
