Capturing with an intraoral camera

Learn how to capture images with an intraoral camera

Step 1: Open Patients account.

Step 2: Click on the New Exam button.

Step 3: Select Photos Layout.

Step 4:  Click Auto Capture.

Step 5: In the capture window, click on the Device drop-down menu, and select the appropriate USB Device.

Note: While many USB intraoral cameras are plug-and-play with XDR, others require the installation of drivers to display video.

Step 6: Capture Images.

Step 7: Click Return to close capture window.

Step 8: Click Save to Records.
