Contact XDR support to acquire the required calibration file for the sensor by providing the serial number located on the sensor wire close to the USB plug.
- For XDR, the calibration file can be placed in the Sensors folder
(C:\XDRClient\Sensors)- Alternatively, the calibration file can be loaded into XDR's database using the XDR Admin Console (or Admin Tool).
- For the XDR SDK, place the calibration file into the %programdata%\XDR folder.
