Creating and Editing Layouts
Learn how to create and edit exam layouts. Layouts can be customized to help streamline workflow.
To create or edit layouts for image capture, follow the steps below.
Note: When you create, edit or delete a layout on one workstation, those changes will be reflected on all other workstations.
Step 1: Launch the XDR Software and open any patient account and click on the New Exam button.
Note: To modify or delete an existing layout, highlight the layout you want to edit or delete in the EXAM LAYAOUTS window and then click on the Edit Layout or Delete Selected Layout button.
Step 3: Click on a device tile and add as many tiles as needed to the layout.

Step 4: To create a four-bitewing layout, click the Size 2 device tile four times and the X-ray tiles will appear on the screen as such…
Step 5: Using the left mouse button, drag and drop the tiles to arrange them in your desired capture sequence.
Step 6: Use the Rotate Icon button to rotate the Cord Ends on all tiles, Cord ends should face the center of the screen as shown below for appropriate orientation.
Step 7: Click on Bigger/Smaller to change size of the X-ray tiles.
Step 8: Type the layout name in the Layout Name box and click on the Save Layout button.
