Error 102 / Problem Setting Size 2 Parameters / Problem Setting Size 1 Parameters

This error may indicate a faulty sensor or bad connection

 

  • Check how the sensor is connected to computer and if a USB extender or USB hub is being used with the sensor. Remove any extenders and hubs and try again. 
  • Confirm the USB port is functioning correctly by testing with other USB devices.
  • If the error keeps appearing after trying to capture on multiple workstations, this may point to a sensor related issue.
