The XDR client is having difficulty reaching the XDR license service. We recommend updating to the latest XDR software to resolve this issue. If you are troubleshooting for an older version:
- Check the Windows Firewall on the server to be sure the exceptions for XDR are in place for the current network profile (e.g. Domain, Private, Public).
- If the error is not appearing consistently, try disabling IPv6 on the workstation where the issue has been seen. If the issue still occurs, also disable IPv6 on the server.
- Log into the server, and check that the XDR License Service is running. If it is not, start the service up.
