Code sent from XDR could not be decrypted
This error is caused by Windows date/time on the workstation is off from the Windows date/time of the server
We recommend updating to the latest XDR software to resolve this issue. If you are troubleshooting for an older version: Correct the Windows date/time on the workstation to match the server.
Right-click on the clock in the system tray and choose Adjust date/time on the affected computers. If the server is the computer with the incorrect date/time, you will need to restart the MyXDR and XDR License Service services after correcting the date/time on the server.
