Transferring Exams to Another Patient

Learn how to transfer an exam to another patient if taken in the wrong patient's account.

Step 1: Open patient account where exam is saved.

Step 2: Single click the exam you wish to transfer.

Step 3: Select the Transfer Exam to another patient button, located on the bottom right side of the Patient Exams window. A message letting you know you are about to transfer the exam will appear on the screen as seen below.

Step 4: Select the Yes: Continue Task button.

Step 5:  Search patient's name you wish to transfer exam to and select the name with a single click.

Step 6: Select Finish Transfer.

Note: Once the exam is transferred, it will be fully moved to the selected patient's account and will no longer be stored under the original patient.
